You agree and acknowledge that through this Platform, Tripiffic merely provides intermediary services and therefore, Tripiffic shall not be or be deemed to be responsible for any deficiency of services or in the product provided by any person or Supplier (airline, tour operator, hotel, transport facility, or similar agency) that you engage or book through the Platform, or for inaccuracies in photos or descriptions uploaded by such Suppliers. However, Tripiffic may aid in facilitating communications between you and the Supplier regarding deficiencies on a case-by-case basis.

Your bookings are entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences. Tripiffic does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays resulting therefrom, including but not limited to improper documents for travel to destination jurisdictions.

Tripiffic expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, or conditions in connection with these Terms, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, course of dealing, or accuracy of results. All platform services and inventory access are provided strictly on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.
